1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to mega11. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and mega11 (the "Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the mega11 website, mobile applications, and all associated services.

By registering an account, accessing our platform, placing bets, playing games, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies. 3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with mega11, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. mega11 operates a strict age verification policy and reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to confirm your age at any time.
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be legally prohibited from participating in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you.

Geographic and Jurisdictional Requirements

• You acknowledge that mega11 operates internationally and serves players in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted under local law.
• You represent that you are not accessing mega11 from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law or regulation.
• It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of mega11 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence and physical location.

Additional Eligibility Conditions

• You must register and maintain only one account with mega11. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and maintain the accuracy of your account details throughout your relationship with mega11.
• You must not be a relative or household member of any mega11 employee, contractor, or affiliate.
• You must not have previously had an account closed by mega11 for violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

4. Account Registration and Security

Registration Process

To create a mega11 account, you must complete our registration form providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You acknowledge that all information provided must be truthful and verifiable.

Upon registration, you will create a username and password for accessing your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

KYC Verification

mega11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance procedures. Required documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document for enhanced verification

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and verified. mega11 typically processes KYC verification within 24-48 hours of document submission.

Account Security

• You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and never share them with any third party.
• You must immediately notify mega11 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
• You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security protection.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances.
• mega11 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any such request should be reported immediately as a potential phishing attempt.

Account Restrictions

You may maintain only one account with mega11. Creating multiple accounts for any reason including but not limited to claiming additional bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or engaging in arbitrage betting is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Processing

mega11 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods specifically designed for Indonesian players, including:

• Bank transfers through major Indonesian banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-wallet transfers through: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• Cryptocurrency deposits (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether) where available

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Deposit Verification

mega11 reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds and may request additional documentation demonstrating legitimate ownership of the payment method used. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your legal name will be rejected and returned.

Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with completed KYC documentation.
• You must have wagered the full amount of your most recent deposit at least once before withdrawal (anti-money laundering requirement).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your legal name matching your KYC documentation.

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB), with a maximum guaranteed processing time of 24 hours. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification time.

Withdrawal Fees and Limits

mega11 does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, payment providers or banks may impose their own transaction fees which are beyond our control. Daily withdrawal limit is Rp 100,000,000 per account, and weekly withdrawal limit is Rp 500,000,000 unless higher limits have been pre-approved by our VIP management team.

Declined Withdrawals

mega11 reserves the right to decline or reverse withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or unverified KYC documentation
• Suspected fraudulent activity or breach of Terms
• Withdrawal to a third-party payment method
• Unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements
• Outstanding disputes or investigations

6. Bonuses and Promotions

mega11 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated in the promotional offer details and must be accepted by the Player before claiming.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available only to Players who meet eligibility criteria specified in each promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 20x-40x the bonus amount) before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply to bets contributing toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Different game types contribute varying percentages toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots 100%, table games 10%).
• mega11 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or violation of promotion terms.

Welcome Bonus

New Players registering with mega11 are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to 100% match on their first deposit up to Rp 2,000,000. Minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 50,000. The bonus is subject to 20x wagering requirement and must be rolled over within 30 days of crediting to avoid forfeiture.

Bonus Forfeiture

Bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited immediately upon account closure, self-exclusion, withdrawal request made before fulfilling wagering requirements, or detection of bonus abuse. mega11's decision regarding bonus disputes is final and binding.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each betting market. In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Live in-play bets are accepted up until the moment mega11 suspends the market. Bets placed after an outcome is known or after a market should have been suspended may be voided.

Casino Game Rules

All casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games operate according to the published game rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages provided by the game manufacturer. Results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game malfunction voids all affected bets and pays.

Maximum Winnings and Bet Limits

mega11 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on specific game types, sports betting markets, or individual player accounts. Maximum daily payout from slots is Rp 500,000,000 unless a higher progressive jackpot is won. Maximum payout from a single sports bet is Rp 100,000,000. These limits may be adjusted at mega11's discretion.

Errors and Disputes

In the event of an obvious technical error, incorrect odds display, or palpable pricing mistake, mega11 reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they have settled as wins or losses. Players must report suspected errors or disputes to customer support within 14 days of the event in question. After this period, all results are considered final.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identification documents, or misrepresenting your identity.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one mega11 account.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate outcomes.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through systematic betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play with other accounts.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your account.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Money Laundering: Using mega11 to launder proceeds of crime or engage in financial transactions designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mega11 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from betting or gaming activities
• Technical interruptions, system failures, or service downtime
• Errors in odds display, game results, or account balances (provided we take reasonable steps to correct such errors when discovered)
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems
• Loss of data or account information

mega11 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Your use of mega11 is at your sole risk.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

mega11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or breach of applicable laws
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation
• Extended period of account inactivity (12+ months)
• Self-exclusion request or responsible gaming intervention
• Commercial decision by mega11 management

Upon account closure, you must immediately cease using our services. Any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited funds from Terms violations) will be returned to you following completion of any ongoing investigations or verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at mega11's sole discretion.

mega11's decision on any dispute is final and binding. By accepting these Terms, you agree to waive any right to pursue legal action or join class action lawsuits against mega11 relating to your use of our platform, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.

mega11 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any modifications.

Continued use of mega11 services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using our platform and close your account.
